Job summary

EPAM Systems is seeking a Consulting Analyst to leverage industry expertise and drive business and technology transformation for client-facing engagements. You will own project deliverables, partner with stakeholders, and mentor junior team members while guiding solution planning and strategy.

Qualifications

  • One to three years of experience in a consulting or analyst role with a reputable company; master's degree preferred.
  • Demonstrated expertise in at least one or two specific domain areas alongside a commitment to continuous industry learning.
  • Clear and consistent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with stakeholders across different management levels.
  • Understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and common project delivery concepts.
  • Intermediate or higher proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data synthesis and reporting.
  • Hands-on ability to create professional-quality presentation decks using tools such as PowerPoint or Google Docs.
  • Familiarity with business process modeling concepts and notations such as BPMN or UML.
  • Ability to compile and run simple SQL queries to present findings in a structured format.

Requirements

This posting includes a good faith range of the salary EPAM would reasonably expect to pay the selected candidate. The range provided reflects base salary only. Individual compensation offers within the range are based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to: geographic location, experience, credentials, education, training; the demand for the role; and overall business and labor market considerations. Most candidates are hired at a salary within the range disclosed. Salary range: $65,000 - $100,000. In addition, the details highlighted in this job posting above are a general description of all other expected benefits and compensation for the position.
