Job summary

Qualifications

• Provide fast, friendly service by actively seeking out customers
• Learn product information and use tools to inform customers
• Greet, qualify, recommend and close every customer in their department
• Maintain in-stock condition and ensure area is clean, shop-able, and safe
• Follow safety policies and complete safety training; report hazards to Manager on Duty
• Collaborate with Department Supervisor and other departments
• Work across multiple departments such as Building Materials, Décor, Electrical, Flooring, Garden, Hardware, Kitchen & Bath, Lumber, Millwork, Paint, Plumbing and Tool Rental
