Job summary

AT&T is hiring Retail Sales Consultants in Bowling Green, KY. In this role you will guide customers through options with a consultative sales approach and help them choose from AT&T’s latest devices and services.

You’ll work a 9am–9pm schedule, including weekends, with commissions and a benefits package. Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus, and training is provided to help you meet and exceed your goals.

Responsibilities

• On the sales floor, you’ll use a consultative sales approach guiding customers through their options.
• You’ll be a part of the community through events, filling online orders and making outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
• You’ll work a schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends, with seniority-based schedules announced 2 weeks in advance.
• This role involves meeting sales targets and earning commissions on AT&T products.
