The Perinatal Group in Greater Nashville/Smyrna is seeking a full-time Maternal-Fetal Medicine physician for a consultative role with no deliveries. The position offers a 4-day work week and remote reading time, serving patients across Middle Tennessee and Southern Kentucky from a base near Nashville.

You will focus on high-risk pregnancies, enjoy clinical autonomy with operational support, and participate in a growing regional network under Together Women’s Health.

Qualifications

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Maternal-Fetal Medicine
• Eligible for medical licensure in Tennessee and Kentucky

Responsibilities

• Provide consultative maternal-fetal medicine services for high-risk pregnancies
• Focus on high-risk pregnancy care without deliveries or inpatient rounding
• Balance Nashville-area duties with regional locations and remote reading time
