Job summary

Clear Choice Global Support Solutions is seeking licensed clinicians to perform consultative examinations at our Beckley, West Virginia clinic. This is a 1099 independent contractor, part-time and per diem role, with no treatment or prescribing involved.

You choose your days as clinic volume dictates; our staff preps charts and schedules claimants. In-person physical exams occur at the clinic, while mental exams may be conducted via telehealth.

Qualifications

• Active West Virginia license required.
• Licensed credentials listed: MD/DO, NP/PA, RN, PhD/PsyD, LCSW, LPC, LMFT.

Responsibilities

• Examine claimants for consultative exams and document findings on our forms.
• Coordinate with our staff; scheduling is handled by internal team; exams may be in-clinic or telehealth for mental exams.

Job description

Clinical Exam Experts contracts licensed clinicians to perform consultative examinations for state Disability Determination Services. This is 1099 independent contractor work, part-time and per diem. You keep your practice and pick up exam days as they open at our Beckley, West Virginia clinic.

WHAT THE WORK IS

You examine a claimant, document your findings on our forms, and you are done. We schedule claimants for you. Our internal staff prepares the chart before you see it. Physical examinations take place in person at the clinic. Mental examinations may be conducted by telehealth.

WHAT THE WORK IS NOT

No treatment. No prescribing. No billing. No call. No follow-up care. No panel to manage.

SCHEDULE

You choose your days. Clinic dates open as volume comes in and you accept the ones that fit your week. There is no minimum commitment.

CREDENTIALS WE CONTRACT

Physician (MD/DO), Nurse Practitioner (NP), Physician Assistant (PA), Registered Nurse (RN), Psychologist (PhD/PsyD), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT).

An active West Virginia license is required.

COMPENSATION

Paid per completed exam. Rates are set by credential and are discussed on the interview.
