The Consultant, Technology Project Manager supports Nationwide Pet. The pet insurance market is growing fast with premium growth averaging above 20% and more carriers are coming online. To compete in that market, the Pet strategy is to diversify products and channels while modernizing its digital chassis. Technology is key to delivering on the business strategy. We are looking for a strong project manager excelling in program/project management, written and verbal communications, and fostering strong business partner relationships. Experience in Planview and Jira is preferred. This role will be filled in a hybrid capacity, with collaboration taking place in our Scottsdale, AZ, office on Wednesdays and Thursdays. Work hours are Pacific time zone to support the business. This role does not qualify for employer-sponsored work authorization. Nationwide does not participate in the Stem OPT Extension program.

Through Agile, Lean, and DevOps practices, you optimize delivery flow, manage risk, and ensure continuous value realization.
Reports to Technology Project Manager or above.

Actual compensation may be prorated based on the number of hours worked relative to a full-time schedule. The national salary range for Consultant, Technology Project Manager : $118,000.00-$222,000.00 The expected starting salary range for Consultant, Technology Project Manager : $118,000.00 - $178,000.00
