Job summary

OBAN Corporation is seeking qualified candidates in the Washington, DC area to support government clients with highly complex analyses and strategic project leadership. You will oversee AI-assisted work, mentor staff, and lead engagements with potential partners, while ensuring scope, schedule, and budget alignment.

Required are a BS/BA/MS/MA with 9+ years of relevant experience, and exceptional communication across organizational levels to drive mission-critical outcomes.

Qualifications

• Must be able to obtain and maintain the required government security clearances.
• Bachelor's degree or higher with 9+ years of relevant experience.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to interface with all organization levels.

Responsibilities

• Performs highly complex qualitative and quantitative analyses.
• Oversees use of AI tools to augment human analysis and transparently communicates AI contributions.
• Provides project leadership in support of strategic planning, performance measurement, and process improvements.
• Directs engagements and develops relationships with potential teaming partners.
• Manages scope, schedule, and budget of large or very complex projects and guides junior staff.
• Mentors and guides other principals and senior consultants.
• Solves difficult management, financial, operations, and analytical problems.
• Develops specialized tools or models for project execution.

• Performs highly complex qualitative and quantitative analyses.
• Oversees use of AI tools to augment human analysis and transparently communicates how AI contributed to work products.
• Provides project leadership in support of strategic, business, and action planning, performance measurement analysis, process and productivity improvement analyses, and business process and action planning and analyses.
• Directs work related to engagements. Develops relationships with potential teaming partners.
• Manages scope, schedule, and budget of large or very complex projects. Provides guidance to and reviews work of more junior consultants.
• Actively participates in professional associations. Mentors and guides other principals and senior consultants.
• Solves difficult and unique types of management, financial, operations, mission, or analytical problems.
• Develops specialized tools, models, or applications for process, acquisition, or training project execution.
• Makes technical or business judgments and provides advice on the resolution of technical, schedule, performance, or budgetary issues.
• Bachelor of Science (BS), Bachelor of Arts (BA), Master of Science (MS) or Master of Arts (MA) degree and minimum of 9 years of relevant experience.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to interface effectively with all levels of the organization.
