What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as the strategic owner of the Smartsheet-based project and portfolio management solution for the Property & Casualty organization
- Maintain, optimize, and advance the Smartsheet platform to ensure efficient and accurate project execution
- Consult with executives and core business functions on process redesign and improvement initiatives
- Develop recommendations for process, tool, and control enhancements to improve business services
- Mentor and train others on process design techniques and best practices
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Undergraduate degree in business, mathematics, or related field preferred
- Minimum of eight years of experience in business process design or operations
- Demonstrated expertise in process analysis, design, and implementation
- Strong communication skills and ability to lead teams virtually
- Knowledge of project management concepts and techniques
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Process-related certifications or product-related technical insurance coursework (e.g., CPCU, CPU, LOMA)
