McDonald’s is seeking a skilled professional to drive the implementation plan for restaurant operations, products and process improvements. The role is based in the Long Beach Field Office, supporting the DSOA Business Unit, with preferred residency within the DSOA - Arizona territory.

Ideal candidates have experience in deployment and project management, and can manage multiple initiatives concurrently in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience with operations deployment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in modification of support procedures for deployment of operations initiatives.
• Participate in testing and validation of rollout feasibility for new or improved restaurant initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to incorporate recommendations.
• Develop and manage project plans, milestones and resources.
• Implement multiple deployment projects and participate in large projects.
• Set milestones and communicate timelines to teams and stakeholders.
• Ensure alignment of cross-functional stakeholders and onboard other functions.
• Manage and resolve project issues; respond to project queries.
• Follow up with other functions for deliverables and milestones.
• Conduct post-project analysis.

Looking for an individual that is a self-starter and able to manage multiple projects at one time. This role is based in the Long Beach Field Office and supports the DSOA Business Unit. Preferred applicant lives within the DSOA - Arizona Business Unit territory.

Salary Range

The expected salary range for this role is$93,208.00 -$116,510.00per year.
