We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual to support Tech Strategy enablement focused on creating impactful and insightful reporting to highlight Tech Strategy progress and areas of opportunity. The individual will be responsible for enhancing existing dashboards and reporting, creating firm opco/tech opco content, and standardizing/rationalizing current suite of tech strategy reporting. We are also looking for someone who can be fungible and help manage team priorities, track deliverables, and ensure timely execution.

What you'll bring to the role:

• Ability to effectively manage multiple functions and guide initiatives.
• Advanced understanding of business line and discipline with some knowledge of competitive environment and other disciplines.
• Experience gathering and documenting business requirements, processes and operating procedures for large-scale technology initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across business, risk, compliance, technology and operations teams.
• Experience translating business requirements into actionable solutions and driving delivery across multiple stakeholder groups.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and a focus on delivering measurable business outcomes.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and workstreams in a fast-paced and highly regulated environment.
• Experience with Identity and Access Management (IAM), entitlement management or role-based access control (RBAC) programs.
• Familiarity with governance, risk, compliance, audit or regulatory initiatives within the financial services industry.
• Experience onboarding applications to strategic platforms or leading business transformation and modernization initiatives.
• Knowledge of Institutional Securities businesses, including Fixed Income, Equities and Foreign Exchange (FX) products and workflows.
• At least 10+ years' relevant experience would generally be expected to find the skills required for this role.

Expected base pay rates for the role will be between $155,000 and $215,000 per year at the commencement of employment.

However, base pay if hired will be determined on an individualized basis and is only part of the total compensation package, which, depending on the p5osition, may also include commission earnings, incentive compensation, discretionary bonuses, other short and long-term in,0centive packages, and other Morgan Stanley sponsored benefit programs.
