Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or STEM.
  • 16 years of experience, or 14 with a master’s, or 12 with a PhD.
  • Active DoD Secret clearance (or in Continuous Evaluation).
  • Proven experience leading engineering teams through design, integration and production of complex systems.

  • Lead engineering reviews and chair AWS Engineering/Software Configuration Control Boards.
  • Ensure adherence to rigorous processes across development, verification, production, and sustainment.
