Job summary

FlexPoint Consulting is seeking a delivery-focused consultant to help clients plan and execute technology-centric business transformation in the Twin Cities market. You will drive large-scale programs, product-related initiatives, and AI enablement while building trust across stakeholders. Based in Minneapolis–St.

Paul, you will work in a hybrid, remote-first setup with some travel. The role emphasizes turning chaos into clarity and delivering tangible client outcomes with a high-performance

Qualifications

• 2 to 5 years delivering stellar results in consulting or client services.
• Client services background is required — you know how to show up for a client, navigate ambiguity, and drive outcomes in an advisory context.
• Proven ability to navigate complexity to create clarity and build trust.
• Excellent communication: clear, structured, audience-aware, and able to make complex topics understandable.

We’re looking for a consultant with hands‑on client services experience and excited to help clients plan and deliver complex, technology‑centric business transformation. This role is primarily about delivery: rolling up your sleeves and creating tangible outcomes for clients.

We have a strong foundation of clients and “friends of FlexPoint” in the Twin Cities, and we’re making a concerted effort to expand our local operations. You’ll be a key contributor in this market – working with clients, shaping our team, and building our brand presence locally.

What you’ll do

Contribute to engagements such as:

• Large-Scale Program & Project Management — owning and driving specific deliverables or workstreams in complex programs from initiation through delivery; communicating proactively with team members to navigate challenges well; keeping your cool when complexity is high and the stakes are real
• Product Management — understanding what stakeholders need (and why!), then delivering solutions that truly meet those needs
• Discovery & Visioning and Business Transformation Roadmaps — working with a team to define a compelling technology strategy and actionable plan to advance client organizations to their desired future state
• IT Modernization Planning — contributing to custom plans to modernize technology platforms and streamline processes
• AI Strategy & Enablement — helping clients navigate the evolving AI landscape, identify practical use cases, and build readiness for responsible adoption
• Vendor/Partner Selection and Post-Merger Integration — helping clients understand what matters most and reliably achieve it

You’ll be expected to turn chaos and confusion into clarity and alignment, build trust across stakeholders, and communicate crisply with delivery team members across various levels.

Must‑have experience

• 2 to 5 years delivering stellar results in consulting or client services, with meaningful experience in business transformation (strategy → plan → delivery)
• Client services background is required — you know how to show up for a client, navigate ambiguity, and drive outcomes in an advisory context
• Practical experience in several areas of our expertise, and interest in becoming a thought leader in more of them
• Proven ability to navigate complexity in ways that create clarity and build trust
• Excellent communication: clear, structured, audience‑aware, and able to make complex topics understandable for various stakeholder groups

Nice‑to‑have

• Experience in technology, data, or analytics transformation is nice‑to‑have; we’re also open to strategy & operations consulting backgrounds for candidates eager to grow into the tech and AI space

Location, travel, and work authorization

• Primary location: Minneapolis–St. Paul
• Work model: Hybrid, remote‑first — you’ll work primarily from home, with time in office as needed for collaboration and delivery. Occasional U.S. travel may be required.
• Work authorization: authorized to work in the United States with no restrictions.

Compensation

• Salary range: $110,000 to $130,000
