• One sponsor would rehire you based on your workstream’s result.
• Surface risks early and convert them to clear decisions and actions.
• Coach one colleague to next level with written feedback and visible improvement.

What you bring

• 5 years in consulting, strategy, operations, or analytics.
• Strong problem structuring and business writing.
• Fluent with Excel or Python for analysis and PowerPoint.
• Bias to ownership. Calm under pressure. Strong judgment.

Assessment

• 30-minute case interview.
• 45-minute problem-solving and writing exercise.
• Final panel with fit and room-read.
