Endeavor Health seeks a Consult Liaison Psychiatrist to provide specialized psychiatric care at two locations in Illinois. The role includes flexible hours, with 34 hours of clinical time and 6 hours of administrative duties, and local travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• 34 hours clinical time and 6 hours of administrative time
• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric assessments to diagnose and develop treatment plans
• Provide evidence-based psychiatric evaluation and medication management for mood, anxiety, psychosis, and substance use disorders
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated patient care
• Monitor and adjust treatment plans to optimize outcomes
• Administer and manage psychotropic medications and therapies
• Maintain accurate patient records in compliance with policies and regulations
• Participate in case conferences and treatment planning sessions
• Educate and support patients and families, promoting mental health resources
• Stay informed about advancements in psychiatric care through ongoing professional development
