Job summary

Nemean Solutions, LLC, headquartered in Sierra Vista, AZ, is seeking a Constructive Simulation Functional Operator for the National Simulation Center at Fort Lee. The role centers on planning, coordinating, and executing MCIS and simulation training for units from squad to corps, with emphasis on timely delivery and system certification.

Eligible candidates hold a Bachelor’s degree (or 5+ years in IS development/training) and 3+ years MCIS teaching experience, plus an Active SECRET clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an IS-related field or 5+ years in IS development/training.
• 3+ years MCIS teaching or equivalent experience (JLCCTC, WARSIM, C2WSPTT).
• Experience developing scenarios and performing analytical assessments of systems.

Responsibilities

• Plans, coordinates, and executes MCIS and simulation training from squad to corps.
• Sets up classrooms and networks, trains on simulations and mission command information systems.
• Delivers training per POI, ensuring timely completion and certification.
• Teaches simulation operations and mission command concepts to unit personnel.
• Operates simulation systems during training events when needed.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
