IntWork in Saco, ME is seeking a full-time Construction Worker: Installer. No construction experience is required; we provide full training to help you succeed. You’ll travel to work sites using a company car, starting at a competitive hourly rate and enjoying a broad benefits package.

What We’re Looking For:

• Punctual -- show up ready and on-time before the (average) start time: 5:30 AM / 6:00 AM.
• Good driving record -- Able to drive your car to Saco and then use a company car to travel to work sites. No traffic violations.
• Basic tool knowledge --of hand tools.
• Heights-- Comfortably able to use ladders and work at heights of 10+ feet.
• Travel -- Ability to travel in Maine and across the United States (usually on trips of 3 weeks or less) 50% of the year.
• Strong -- Able to lift 50+ lbs. (and up to 70lbs or 100 lbs) multiples times per day.
• Fluent -- in English or Spanish. Multilingual / bilingual candidates with additional languages are encouraged to apply.
• Independent -- Able to work independently and with teams.
• Safe -- Strong awareness of safety issues and solutions.
• Positive -- good attitude and ability to work with diverse teams.
