Job summary

A municipal government in Ada, Oklahoma is seeking a Construction Worker I to perform skilled tasks in the construction of water and sewer lines, streets, and infrastructure. The successful candidate will need to obtain a Class A commercial driver’s license and a Class D Water and Wastewater certificate within the first year. The City of Ada is accepting applications for the position of Construction Worker I until filled, depending on qualifications. The individual selected will be responsible to perform semi-skilled and skilled work in the construction of water and sewer lines and streets, curbs, and gutters.

• Must possess or be able to obtain within one-year a valid Oklahoma Class A commercial driver’s license.
• Must possess or be able to obtain within one-year a Department of Environmental Quality Class “D” Water and Wastewater certificate.
