Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous construction experience.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Physical fitness to perform heavy lifting.
• Ability to work in various weather conditions.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic knowledge of construction tools & equipment.

Responsabilidades

• Operate and maintain construction equipment and machinery.
• Assist in the preparation and delivery of construction materials.
• Follow safety protocols and ensure a safe work environment.
• Assist in the installation and repair of construction elements.
• Participate in project planning and coordination.
• Assist in the cleanup and maintenance of construction sites.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the project manager.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of work performed.
