As a Construction Worker, you will assist in various tasks such as setting up and operating construction equipment, assisting in the installation of materials, and ensuring the safety and efficiency of the construction site. You will work closely with skilled professionals to complete projects on time and to the highest standards.

You will be part of a dedicated team in the heart of Fresno, CA, collaborating with experienced construction workers and supervisors on various projects. The workplace is a dynamic environment where teamwork and hard work are highly valued. Your tasks will include assisting with the assembly and installation of building materials, such as framing, roofing, and plumbing, using tools like hammers, saws, and drills. You will also help with site preparation, including grading and leveling the ground, and may be involved in the installation of electrical and HVAC systems. The team will work in shifts, often in inclement weather, and will require you to be physically fit and able to lift heavy materials. Safety protocols and adherence to building codes are paramount, and you will be trained in these areas.
