• Coordinate with government shipping and management to provide timely responses and solutions.
• Perform efficiently in warehouse and dispatch environments by handling incoming and outgoing deliveries.
• Obtain and process product orders, including receiving deliveries, registering them and distributing items within the company.
• Maintain the company inventory by organizing and cataloging items.
• Schedule large shipments and coordinate storage space for incoming items and staff for shipment management.
• Manage issues arising in shipping or inventory handling.
• Troubleshoot and solve shipping issues and customer complaints.
• Maintain accurate inventory and location of all items at all times.
• Document all logistic movement.
