Job summary

TIC - The Industrial Company in Ridgeland, MS seeks an on-site Warehouse Associate to manage material care, shipping/receiving, inventory and related tasks. You will prepare shipments, palletize items, assist with loading/unloading, and ensure documentation accuracy in a busy construction environment.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma or equivalent and the ability to follow instructions, communicate clearly, and safely operate hand/power tools and forklifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to understand and follow written and oral instructions.
• Experience with hand/power tools and forklift is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Selects and prepares daily shipments, pulls orders and handles freight paperwork.
• Palletizes, wraps and delivers orders to shipping area or disciplines.
• Loads/unloads trucks and inspects items for damage or shortages.
• Performs warehouse inventories, restocking and backorder fulfillment.
• Ensures shipping/receiving documents are accurate and on time.
• May operate forklift or other equipment as needed.
