Qualifications

• Strong drafting and negotiation skills with familiarity of AIA/AGC/DBIA forms.

Responsibilities

• Drafting and negotiating construction and design agreements.
• Advising clients on contract terms and risk allocation.
• Supporting dispute resolution and litigation related to construction projects.
• Working with custom and industry-standard contract forms (AIA, AGC, and DBIA).
