Job summary

RoadSafe Traffic Systems is seeking a Project Coordinator to provide administrative and operational support to the Operations Manager and field leadership, ensuring projects are executed safely, efficiently and in line with customer expectations and company standards.

The role involves coordinating project documentation, scheduling, payroll, billing, purchasing, inventory, and communication between operations, field personnel, customers, vendors, accounting, and corporate departments.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Experience in construction/admin environments preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of payroll, billing, and inventory processes is a plus.
• Ability to maintain confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project startup activities including contracts, permits, and purchase orders.
• Create and maintain project records and work orders in company systems.
• Support scheduling of crews, equipment, and materials.
• Process timecards and assist with onboarding and payroll documentation.
• Support project billing, invoicing, and cost documentation.
• Maintain branch inventory records and assist with audits.
• Serve as administrative liaison with customers, vendors, and departments.
