Servpro Industries, Inc. is seeking a hands-on Construction Tradesman to restore homes and properties, working closely with project managers and a veteran-led, family-owned team.

You'll perform drywall, painting, demolition, and reinstallation tasks, delivering quality work and keeping accurate records of hours; opportunity for advancement. Qualifications

• Experience in professional home remodeling or a related field is required.
• 2-year college degree preferred; High School Diploma required.
• Strong work ethic, honesty, reliability, and keen attention to detail.
• Clear, effective communication and ability to work both independently and in a team.
• Willingness and ability to work extended hours when necessary.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate projects with Project Managers to plan and schedule tasks.
• Drywall, mudding/taping, paint, and finishes to restore spaces.
• Interior and exterior painting to restore curb appeal.
• Demolition and debris removal prep for rebuilds.
• Reinstall fixtures and ensure proper function and finish.
• Maintain high workmanship and resolve issues for client satisfaction.
• Track hours and collaborate with teammates to support the team.

What You’ll Do

• Project Coordination: Collaborate with Project Managers to plan and schedule tasks efficiently.
• Drywall & Finishes: Expertly install drywall, handle mudding/taping, and apply paint or finishes to walls, trim, and cabinets to restore aesthetic beauty.
• Interior & Exterior Work: Paint and stain internal and external surfaces to restore curb appeal and property charm.
• Demolition & Removal: Safely perform demolition and debris removal to prep spaces for rebuilds.
• Reinstallation: Reinstall fixtures and items accurately to ensure they function properly and look polished.
• Quality Assurance: Maintain high workmanship standards—identify and resolve issues to guarantee client satisfaction.
• Team Collaboration & Record-Keeping: Work well with teammates, meticulously track work performed and hours logged, and contribute positively to the team dynamic.

What You Bring
