Job summary

Loenbro is seeking a Skilled Laborer to join our Thompson Falls, MT team. You will work under the supervision of a skilled craftsman performing manual trades across scaffolding, insulation, carpentry, plumbing, electrical and mechanical tasks.

Knowledge in scaffolding, insulation, pipefitting, welding, and civil work is recommended. The role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and opportunities for growth within a respected construction partner.

Qualifications

• GED or High School Diploma is required.
• Ability to work from ladders and scaffolds.
• Lift and carry objects and materials of various weights.
• Preferred: math skills including fractions.
• Able to pass preliminary and periodic drug testing.

Responsibilities

• Move work pieces, tools and supplies manually or with a hand truck.
• Load and unload materials and equipment as directed.
• Operate hand and power tools under supervision.
• Dig trenches, backfill excavations and compact soil.
• Assist with installation of pipes, concrete and steel.
• Follow safety protocols and keep work area clean.
