Job summary

Rebuildit Inc. is expanding its network of skilled subcontractors for residential remodeling projects in California. We seek electricians, drywall, carpentry, plumbing, flooring and roofing professionals who bring pride, safety, and solid craftsmanship.

You provide your own tools, transportation, and licenses; you will work under our project management to complete installs on schedule. Competitive compensation and long-term opportunities offered.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of trade experience (required).
• Experience with residential remodeling and renovation.
• Experience with your specific trade: electrical, drywall, carpentry, plumbing, flooring, or roofing.
• Valid license and insurance (required).
• Ability to communicate in Russian.

Responsibilities

• Perform trade-specific work on residential remodeling and renovation projects.
• Complete installations, repairs, replacements, and finishing work according to project requirements.
• Perform demolition, preparation, installation, and final finishing tasks as needed.
• Provide your own tools, equipment, and materials necessary to complete assigned work.
• Complete projects according to agreed schedules, specifications, and quality standards.
• Perform drywall installation, taping, mudding, sanding, patching, and finishing work.
• Perform carpentry work, including framing, trim, doors, and other finish carpentry tasks.
• Complete plumbing and electrical work according to your trade qualifications.
• Install flooring materials, including glue-down flooring systems.
• Perform roofing work, including roof repairs, shingle installation, removal and replacement of roofing materials, and roof preparation.
• Follow all safety requirements, OSHA guidelines, and applicable building codes.
• Maintain clean and organized job sites throughout the project.
• Communicate effectively with project managers and other trades.
• Identify and report job site issues or material needs in a timely manner.
• Deliver high-quality workmanship while meeting project deadlines.

Rebuildit Inc. is a growing residential remodeling company seeking experienced and reliable subcontractors to partner with us on residential remodeling and renovation projects. We are currently looking for subcontractors in the following trades:

• Electrical
• Drywall
• Carpentry
• Plumbing
• Glue-Down Flooring Installation
• Roofing
