Job summary

Catseye Pest Control in Hopkinton, MA is seeking a Cat-Guard Exclusion Specialist to repair, reinforce, and protect homes from rodents and wildlife. You’ll install exclusion systems, seal entry points, and fabricate metal flashing while performing light carpentry, roofing, and masonry work.

Ideal candidates have construction experience, can work independently, and communicate professionally with homeowners. We provide training and a clear path for advancement within a family-owned company.

Qualifications

• Construction experience required.
• Experience with exterior home repairs is a plus.
• Ability to install and fabricate metal flashing and exclusion systems.

Responsibilities

• Install Cat-Guard exclusion systems to prevent entry by pests.
• Repair and seal exterior entry points on homes or businesses.
• Fabricate and install metal flashing for openings and joints.
• Perform light carpentry, roofing, siding, and masonry repairs.
• Work in attics, crawlspaces, roofs, and other structural areas.
• Communicate professionally with homeowners during projects.

What You'll Do

As a Cat-Guard Exclusion Specialist, you'll perform construction-based repairs and exclusion work designed to keep rodents and wildlife out of homes and businesses.

Your work may include:

• Installing Cat-Guard exclusion systems
• Repairing and sealing exterior entry points
• Fabricating and installing custom metal flashing
• Performing light carpentry, roofing, siding, and masonry repairs
• Working in attics, crawlspaces, roofs, and other structural areas
• Communicating professionally with homeowners throughout each project
• Delivering workmanship that reflects Catseye's reputation for quality

• Climbing ladders and working on roofs
• Entering crawlspaces and attics
• Lifting materials and tools
• Working outdoors in varying weather conditions

Candidates should be physically capable of safely performing these duties.
