Charter Communications is seeking a Construction Technician in Medford, Oregon. You will build, repair, and maintain the Hybrid Fiber Coaxial (HFC) plant, performing complex cable installations in underground and overhead environments under moderate supervision.
We value experience in construction, a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver’s license, and certifications such as NCTI/SCTE/BCT/E. You’ll join a team of in-house and third-party technicians to support a growing network.
This role requires the ability to work lawfully in the U.S. without employment-based immigration sponsorship, now or in the future.

As a Construction Technician, you will be responsible for building, repairing, and maintaining our Hybrid Fiber Coaxial (HFC) plant under moderate supervision. You will also be performing complex installations of cable in underground and/or overhead environments using most recent company specifications and industry standards. Your work will fuel the growth engine of Charter's expanding network.
While installing equipment to HFC equipment, you will be working with other construction technicians, in-house technicians, and third party technicians in the performance of their duties. You will become a valuable member of the team through your hard work and dedication.
