Job summary

RG&T Solutions is seeking a Construction Technician to support network construction projects, including aerial and underground installations, and MDU work. You’ll perform groundwork, assist with aerial pulls, and operate crew equipment while following safety regulations.

You’ll work outdoors in varying weather, with travel including overnight stays. The role may require overtime and on-call duties; training is provided for entry-level candidates.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; entry-level candidates welcome with training provided.
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
• Ability to lift 75 pounds, climb poles, and work in tight spaces.
• Good vision, focus, and familiarity with basic computer systems.
• Preferred: basic math skills, testing equipment knowledge, and ability to obtain a commercial driver’s license.
