You will lead engagements, provide proactive business tax advice, and collaborate with Directors and Partners to deliver solutions and growth for the firm.

Qualifications

• Lead engagements by meeting client needs with a sense of urgency.
• Develop recommendations and maintaining client relationships by balancing client needs and deadlines.
• Provide proactive tax advice based on knowledge of tax law in business tax, especially for construction clients.
• Mentor younger staff and collaborate with Directors and Partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead engagements by meeting client needs with a sense of urgency.
• Develop recommendations and maintaining client relationships by balancing the client needs along with other assignments and deadlines.
• Provide proactive advice based on their knowledge of tax law, particularly within business tax.
• Demonstrate initiative to creatively solve issues in collaboration with the lead.
• Leverage technology to automate both internal and client processes to improve efficiency.
• Act as a mentor to younger staff and work directly with Directors and Partners.
