Job summary

DPR Construction is seeking a recruiter to support hiring for skilled trades and craft positions across multiple locations. You will source, screen, and coordinate candidates while partnering with hiring managers to identify workforce needs and drive timely, compliant hiring outcomes.

You’ll develop talent pipelines, maintain relationships with industry partners, and support onboarding while ensuring recruiting documentation and processes meet requirements.

Qualifications

• High School Education/GED or equivalent experience required.
• 3-5 years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition required.
• Experience recruiting skilled trades, construction, manufacturing or related workforce preferred.

Responsibilities

• Sources and recruits qualified candidates for skilled trades and craft positions.
• Screens and evaluates candidates to assess qualifications and fit.
• Manages full-cycle recruiting activities including requisition management and onboarding support.
• Develops relationships with hiring managers, and educational and industry partners.
• Maintains candidate records and recruitment data in ATS and tools.
• Participates in workforce planning and provides pipeline insights to stakeholders.
• Supports recruiting events and employment branding activities.
