We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Surveyor / Field Engineer / Safety Coordinator (preferred) to support the continued growth of our construction operations in the Austin and San Antonio markets. This role is ideal for a professional who thrives in the field, values precision, and understands the importance of construction safety and quality control.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform construction and boundary surveys using robotic total stations, GPS, and levels
• Verify accuracy of field measurements and maintain clear, accurate records, sketches, and field notes
• Perform survey calculations and manage data uploads/downloads
• Coordinate and communicate effectively with project managers, superintendents, and clients
• Follow and promote OSHA and site‑specific safety protocols at all job sites
• Assist with layout and field engineering support as needed

Preferred Qualifications

• Construction Engineering degree or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of surveying or field engineering experience
• 3–5 years of construction safety experience (preferred)
• OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification (preferred)
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD (preferred) and Microsoft Office
• Experience with robotic total stations, laser scanners, data collectors, GPS
• Ability to self‑perform tasks with minimal supervision
• Valid Driver’s License (required)

Our headquarters is located in Wimberley, TX. Job sites are located throughout North Austin to South San Antonio, with travel conducted in a company‑provided vehicle.
