Job summary

Ashton Pools By Design in Lewes, DE is seeking a hands-on Construction Supervisor to oversee and assist with installing patios, retaining walls, walkways, firepits, and other outdoor features for our custom pool projects.

Join a small field team to read blueprints, guide layout, perform grading and base prep, maintain tools, prioritize safety, and coordinate with the supervisor to deliver high-quality outdoor spaces.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years in hardscape installation.
• Experience reading blue prints and site plans.
• Experience with CMU block and footers.
• Knowledge of pavers, drainage and stonework.
• Experienced using tools.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Team player.

Ashton Pools By Design is looking for a reliable and experiencedConstruction Supervisor to join our team. This is a hands-on, full-time position focused on supervising and assisting in installing patios, retaining walls, walkways, firepits, and other outdoor features as part of our custom pool projects.

You’ll work alongside a small team in the field, helping carry out daily construction tasks. We’re looking for someone dependable, detail-oriented, and committed to quality work.

Responsibilities

Oversee and assist with layout and installation of:

• Pavers, patios, walkways
• Retaining walls and edging
• Firepits and outdoor kitchens
• Read and follow blue prints and site plans
• Perform grading, drainage, and base prep
• Maintain tools and keep job site clean
• Coordinate with team and report to supervisor
• Follow safety and company standards

Qualifications

Must-Haves:

• 2–3 years in hardscape installation
• Experience reading blue prints and site plans
• Experience with CMU block and footers
• Knowledge of pavers, drainage, and stonework
• Experienced using tools
• Valid driver’s license
• Team player

Nice-to-Have:

• Irrigation/lighting experience
• ICPI certified
• Landscaping experience
