This is a full-time, on-site role for a Construction Superintendent based in the Boise Metropolitan Area. The role will primarily oversee commercial tenant improvement projects with a focus on restaurant and retail construction (occasionally others asset types). Responsibilities include managing day-to-day field operations, coordinating subcontractors and inspections, maintaining schedules, enforcing safety standards, and ensuring quality execution in fast-paced project environments.
The ideal candidate has experience with restaurant and retail buildouts, understands the demands of tight timelines and occupied spaces, communicates proactively, and can effectively coordinate multiple trades to keep projects moving efficiently from start to finish.
