Jobot is seeking a Construction Superintendent to lead ground-up and renovation retail projects around Philadelphia, New Jersey and Delaware. The role offers a strong base salary, bonus potential, profit sharing, and a generous benefits package.

Travel within a 150-mile radius of Philadelphia is expected. Ideal candidates will have 5+ years of field supervision experience on ground-up or renovation projects valued at $5M+.

• 5+ years’ experience in construction field supervision.
• Experience w/ ground up commercial construction projects required.
• Experience building projects valued $5M+.

Responsibilities

• On-site supervision of ground-up and renovation projects.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and clients to ensure schedules and quality.
• Enforce safety standards and project budgets while maintaining work quality.
