We are currently hiring experienced Traveling Construction Superintendents.

Job Summary:

Superintendents oversee construction at the jobsite, acting as the primary contact and coordinating with Project Managers based in Sturtevant, Wisconsin.

Qualifications:

• Strong understanding of retail tenant improvement
• Ability to read blueprints and specifications
• Understanding of subcontractor responsibilities
• Proficiency with onsite technology
• Knowledge of OSHA standards
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Enthusiastic and professional demeanor

Driving & Travel Requirements:

• Valid driver's license and insurance
• Willingness to travel nationwide (100%)

Computer Skills:

• Intermediate Outlook skills (email, attachments, etc.)

Supervisory Responsibilities:

• Manage subcontractors and vendors

Employment Requirements:
