Job summary

Jackson Construction Company, headquartered in Quitman with multiple offices across Texas, seeks a Project Superintendent to lead field operations on our Longview, Texas projects. Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor's degree in construction management or related field is a plus.
• Experience overseeing full lifecycle, commercial construction projects, with proven ability to deliver on schedule and within budget.
• K-12 construction experience is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of safety regulations, construction methods, and quality control practices.
• Proficiency in scheduling and project management tools (Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead field operations to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and with exceptional quality.
• Coordinate schedules, subcontractors, and ensure work meets safety and quality standards.
• Oversee budgets, costs, and staffing to support project goals.
• Maintain relationships with Owners, Architects, Subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Lead and participate in OAC/Preconstruction meetings to ensure alignment.
