Job summary

ARCO Design/Build in Louisville, KY invites motivated students for a Superintendent Intern/Co-op. You will gain exposure to the full lifecycle of a project, working with seasoned field leaders to learn hands-on site management.

Responsibilities include field operations, safety leadership, scheduling, and quality control as you progress under guidance. A strong work ethic and communication skills are essential, with a GPA of 3.0 and enrollment in a construction-related program.

Qualifications

• Minimum GPA 3.0 on a 4.0 scale.
• Enrolled in Civil/Architectural/Construction Engineering or Construction Management degree program.
• Co-op or Intern construction experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal communication skills and a strong work ethic.
• Active Driver’s License.
