Job summary

Energy Jobline ZR seeks an experienced Multifamily Plumbing Superintendent to manage plumbing installation and field operations on multifamily projects along the Southeast coast. You will ensure safety, schedule adherence, and compliance with project specs and codes.

You will coordinate crews, oversee daily field activities, manage materials and subcontractors, and collaborate with general contractors and other trades to ensure successful project delivery.

Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of commercial and multifamily plumbing systems.
• Previous experience as a Plumbing Foreman, Plumbing Superintendent, or similar construction leadership role.
• Strong leadership, supervisory, and team-building skills.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, specifications, and shop drawings.

I am seeking an experienced Multifamily Plumbing Superintendent to oversee field operations on multifamily projects throughout the coastal corridor from Wilmington, NC to Charleston, SC.

Position Summary

The Multifamily Plumbing Superintendent is responsible for managing all plumbing installation and construction activities on multifamily projects. This role ensures work is completed safely, efficiently, on schedule, and in compliance with project specifications, building codes, and company standards.
