Teksky LLC is seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to oversee heavy highway asphalt paving and resurfacing projects. You will manage field crews, coordinate equipment and materials, and maintain schedules to meet safety and quality standards.

The role requires 5+ years in construction with a strong paving background, crew leadership, and proficiency in MS Office. Travel regionally and occasional nights/weekends are expected.

• 5+ years of construction experience, preferably in a superintendent role.
• Strong background in heavy highway asphalt paving and resurfacing.
• Knowledge of paving equipment, construction methods, and DOT requirements.
• Proven crew leadership, scheduling, and job-costing skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; construction management software experience preferred.
• OSHA 30 certification preferred, or willingness to obtain.
