Job summary

Ultipro in The Woodlands, Texas, is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee daily site operations, enforce safety rules, and ensure adherence to plans and specifications.

You will develop and manage schedules, coordinate with subcontractors and vendors, monitor budgets, and lead on-site teams. Strong leadership, communication, and CM software proficiency are essential; OSHA 30 is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in construction management or related field.
• Proficient in construction management software and tools.
• OSHA 30 certification required.
