Engtal in Columbus, OH, is seeking an experienced Superintendent or Senior Superintendent to lead major ground-up projects on a strong, well-staffed backlog with no travel. You will oversee field operations from mobilization through turnover on projects typically ranging from $40M-$80M+ across commercial, healthcare, higher education, institutional, and industrial sectors.

You will mentor Assistant Superintendents, coordinate with PM and Preconstruction, and ensure safety, quality, and on-time

Formación

• 5+ years of commercial construction Superintendent experience.
• Ground-up project experience (ideally on projects of $30M+).
• Experience in commercial, healthcare, higher education, public, or industrial sectors.
• Strong scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and field leadership skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead day-to-day field operations from mobilization through turnover.
• Manage subcontractors, sequencing, site logistics, quality, and safety.
• Drive project schedules through look-ahead planning and proactive coordination.
• Partner closely with Project Management and Preconstruction.
• Coordinate inspections, owner walkthroughs, punch lists, and closeout.
• Mentor Assistant Superintendents and developing field staff.
