Job summary

PetroSea is seeking an experienced Project Construction Supervisor to effectively supervise all field resources and drive on-time, on-budget project completion in line with specifications.

You will lead field teams, coordinate with management, ensure resource availability, monitor budget, and uphold SHE standards including ISO 14001 and ISO 45001.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Min. 7 years of construction experience.
• Proficient in CAD drawing systems and architectural databases.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and record-keeping skills.
• Willing to work extended hours to meet schedules.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all project resources on site to meet the construction schedule, budget, and specifications.
• Lead subordinates and management to achieve the construction schedule and site quality.
• Promote teamwork with the Project Management team.
• Ensure resources are available at site via regular construction meetings.
• Monitor costs to ensure the project remains within budget.
• Maintain SHE programs and risk management in line with ISO standards.

Effectively supervise all project resources in the field to ensure that the project is completed on time, within budget and in accordance with the specifications.

Job Responsibilities

Metric

To manage and provide leadership to Subordinates controlling on a day to day basis all labor, direct or subcontract, and all non-labor resources in order to achieve the construction schedule and the project quality on the site. The construction schedule and the project quality on the site are successfully achieved.

Assist the Project Management team to promote and develop team work. Assistance is successful.

Ensure Subordinates plan and manage that all necessary resources are available at site in order to meet the construction schedule through regular construction meetings. The construction schedule through regular construction meeting is met.

Understanding the basics of the project budget and ensure that costs do not exceed budget. The cost is effectively managed.

Maintain and actively implement SHE programs and responsibility (involve identify, mitigate and monitor SHE risk), including SHE Management System to ensure the effectiveness of the programs conform to official standard, requirements and procedure applied and to confirm the execution of the SHE Responsibility meet the intended outcome - SHE risk well maintained

Education

Bachelor's Degree of Mechanical Engineering

Skill, Knowledge, and Experience

• Min. 7 years previous experiences in construction
• Computer literate, including knowledge of computerized architectural data bases and/or CAD drawing systems.
• Analytical, reasoning and problem solving skills.
• Ability to maintain accurate and detail records.
• Willing to Work extended hours to ensure project completion on time.
• Organizational, supervisory and negotiating skills
• Fluent in English, bothspoken and written is an advantage

Certification

• If candidates do not meet the requirements specified in the Education section, evaluation shall be conducted in accordance with KKNI Level 8.
