Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day field operations from start to completion
• Manage subcontractors, crews, equipment and materials on site
• Coordinate grading, excavation, utilities, drainage and sitework activities
• Read and interpret construction drawings, plans and specifications
• Maintain project schedules and ensure work stays on track
• Coordinate with Project Managers, subcontractors, engineers and clients

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of construction processes, scheduling and site safety
• Experience managing subcontractors and field crews
