JK Executive Strategies, LLC is partnering with a highly respected General Construction & Construction Management company to hire a Construction Superintendent for a major project in the Plattsburgh, NY region. This role leads day‑to‑day site operations, supervises self‑perform crews and subcontractors, and coordinates with the project management team to keep work on schedule and within budget.

Qualifications

• Experience as Field Engineer, Superintendent, or similar.
• Experience on a variety of projects.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, drawings, specifications, and submittals.
• Familiarity with local building codes, quality, safety, and health regulations.
• Proficient in Procore, MS Office Suite, SmartSheet, Primavera or similar tools.
• Excellent organizational, leadership, and time management skills.
• Strong communication and problem‑solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with engineers, architects, subcontractors, and owner’s representatives.

• Troubleshoot issues to ensure a safe, clean, and efficient job site.

Responsibilities

Salary Range

• $105,000-$125,000
