Job summary

Trillium Staffing is seeking a Healthcare Construction Superintendent to oversee projects in occupied facilities, including a clinic addition in Batesburg-Leesville. The role is based in Columbia, SC, with travel across SC, NC and GA.

You will lead daily field operations, coordinate with facility staff, manage subcontractors, scheduling, safety and quality control, and ensure minimal disruption to occupants.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of superintendent experience on healthcare projects in occupied facilities.
• Working knowledge of ILSM, NFPA 101, and Joint Commission requirements.
• OSHA 30 certification.
• Ability to meet hospital background screening and vaccination requirements.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel throughout SC, NC, and GA.

We’re seeking a Healthcare Construction Superintendent to oversee healthcare construction projects in occupied facilities.

The priority project is a clinic addition in Batesburg-Leesville area. This role is based in Columbia and requires travel throughout SC, NC, and GA.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day field operations, subcontractor coordination, scheduling, safety, and quality control.
• Coordinate construction activities with facility staff to minimize disruption

This is a direct-hire opportunity. Pay rate is$70,000–$85,000 annually, depending on experience. Work will start ASAP!

Required Qualifications

• At least 5 years of superintendent experience on healthcare projects in occupied facilities.
• Working knowledge of ILSM, NFPA 101, and Joint Commission requirements.
