Job summary

Sancrest Llc is seeking a seasoned Lead Residential Construction Supervisor to manage on-site crews and mentor young adult apprentices through hands-on building and trade work.

You will oversee framing, electrical, siding, flooring, and trim, plan daily tasks, enforce safety, and track progress and training. This role combines practical site leadership with faith-based mentorship to support apprentices' development.

Qualifications

• Strong experience leading residential construction across multiple trades.
• Ability to coach and train apprentices safely and effectively.
• Proven ability to maintain accurate progress and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee on-site residential construction activities (framing, electrical, siding, flooring, trim).
• Plan and assign daily work to ensure safe, productive projects.
• Maintain a safe jobsite following established safety practices.
• Track apprentice progress and required training/records.
• Provide faith-based mentorship alongside practical life-skills coaching.

Qualifications & Skills:

Strong residential construction experience across multiple building trades, leadership ability, commitment to safety, ability to coach/train apprentices, and capability to maintain accurate progress and documentation.
