Job summary

E Tech Group is hiring a Construction Safety Manager to promote and enforce site safety across projects. You will develop site safety plans, deliver training, manage PPE and housekeeping, and coordinate with contractors to ensure compliance.

The role requires CHST/ASP/CSP certifications, OSHA 510, NFPA 70E, and hands-on field experience. Local to Conesville, OH and on-site reporting are essential. Benefits include 401k, medical, dental, vision, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• CHST/ASP/CSP certification required or equivalent.
• OSHA 510 and NFPA 70E certifications preferred.
• Experience delivering safety trainings and site programs.
• Ability to perform risk assessments and coordinate with subs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement site and project safety plans and training.
• Schedule and perform equipment safety checks and inspections.
• Lead safety classes (Aerial lift, LOTO, electrical safety, etc.).
• Coordinate site-specific training with contractors and GC.
• Prepare weekly safety reports and investigate incidents.
