• Knowledge of building codes and safety standards.
• Ability to read blueprints and manage site plans.
• Proven organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong communication with diverse groups.
• Experience leading volunteers and subcontractors.
• OSHA 40-hour certification.
• Reliable transportation and clean driving record.
• Ability to work Saturdays and flexible schedule.
• Proficiency in MS Office and construction software.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day residential construction site activities.
• Lead subcontractors, vendors, and volunteers to deliver high-quality work.
• Monitor timelines and keep projects on schedule.
• Conduct safety briefings and enforce OSHA compliance.
• Perform quality checks and troubleshoot field issues.
• Maintain site logs, reports, and documentation.
• Coordinate materials, deliveries, and inventory.
• Serve as primary on-site contact for inspectors and partners.
• Translate plans into clear directions for all audiences.
• Train and support volunteers to ensure safety and meaning.
