Job description

This is not an entry-level role. We are hiring a proven field leader who can take command of a live commercial job site from day one.

We are seeking a high-level Site Supervisor / Field Project Manager to take full control of a $15M commercial construction project in Ocala, Florida (15-month duration).

This is a field leadership role, not a desk position. You will be the point person on-site, responsible for driving schedule, managing subcontractors, coordinating deliveries, and ensuring quality execution from start to finish.

Requirements

• 10–15+ years commercial construction experience REQUIRED
• Proven experience running ground-up or major renovation projects
• Strong leadership and subcontractor management skills
• Ability to read plans and manage schedules
• Highly organized, proactive, and accountable
• Ability to take full ownership of the job site
